The 28^th State: European Borders in an Age of Anxiety, Tate Britain, London 24 October, 2009

The 28^th State, a recent practice-led conference held at the Tate, sought to explore how cultural practitioners in Europe are engaging with the idea of borders – both literally and metaphorically.
